Are you chasing your dreams?  Pushing toward your goals?  Working at being more and better?  Good for you!  We all need to be living on purpose and intentionally. Instead of one more thing to work on or one more way to squeeze a little more out of your day, what if we just take a laugh break.

    I just want to laugh today.  Sure I’ll still work on my list and follow my plan but I’d like a laugh break.

   Mary Poppins said a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.   It's possible that she had the wrong medicine.  According to the scientists and researchers, laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts your energy, diminishes pain and protects you from the damaging impact of stress.  Apparently, laughter is the best medicine (no sugar required).
